I think it is a bit of a mix re this news.
If government is not subsidising part of the costs, the take up rate will be slow.
After all, people loves free stuff.
and knowing how government works; they only care about their own pay rise and won't hesitate to cut everyone else, I reckon this proposal is a done and dusted deal.


Agreed with you, Prof. Looks like a big buyer decided to come in at the last minute, so hopefully it will stay up from here. It seem like the same buyer kept buying, but no substantial notice is lodged, so I reckon must be someone that is currently under 5%, could be the potential partner?
