Placement price looks even better today and they need to get money from someone. Voting this down wouldn''t change KL plans if they really want DEG. There is a lack of big institutional holders in DEG, which, has also caused our under valuation. IMO
On the up side the NNAM may be more willing to settle given the latest Pilbara sentiment change. Holding out now has risks.
