It's why any stock exchange exists. So businesses & entrepreneurs can gain access to cash to expand their business idea. Investors throw in cash to fund the company & receive shares in return. In time, if there's enough demand for those shares in the open market, it forces investors to bid the price higher.
Even multi-billion dollar blue chip stocks complete CRs.
@Fishy88 is right. W2V holds patented technology. If other VAT reclaim businesses want to use the same tech, they either have to partner with W2V or complete a TO.
