If the VAT reclaim market is so huge and such a vital part of the business world, how come there is 20 billion in unclaimed VAT refunds?

I don't think it is nearly as big as you think....and there might be reasons why companies deliberately don't reclaim it

I think it's fair to say that the Smartcard has been a disaster so far

'' Consider additional growth opportunities via acquisition'' You see that as a plus perhaps...I see it as a huge alarm bell

If your IP is so fantastic and the market is so huge, you should be able to grow organically without having to buy revenue streams....in addition, which successful VAT reclaim company would need to sell to W2v?

I appreciate this is a very tough time for tech company valuations but they have yet to demonstrate their abilty to scale this business to a point where it will be self sufficient...the idea that it will be cash flow positive in 2024 is, in my opinion, wishful thinking
