"If the VAT reclaim market is so huge and such a vital part of the business world, how come there is 20 billion in unclaimed VAT refunds?"

It's too time consuming & inefficient for SMB to complete a VAT reclaim. A lot of small businesses just don't claim. Large corporations have vast departments to monitor VAT reclaim. Small & medium business sometimes just don't bother, it's not worth it for the small amount they get back. That's why W2V exists.

The VAT reclaim market is huge, around $100 billion globally.

It's not my figures. Business are entitled to claim you'd be crazy not too, otherwise it's just throwing money away.
