I agree Michael the numbers are huge. This is where we will see if SR is a plain vanilla negotiator or a 50 Shades of Grey negociator. Rather than issuing equity and diluting shareholder growth potential SR needs to negotiate with the Chinese to contribute working capital so the JV can undertake large projects. This involves SR not under selling the company's strengths and benefits and creating a fairer win-win for both parties. I am not saying that this would not involve a share issue of clq stock to the Chinese. In this way large projects could be undertaken which would benefit both the Chinese and Clq shareholders without Clq having to raise large amounts of capital as suggested on these threads.
