In my mind it's either:
- funding
- farmout
- drilling related
- purchase of SM71 interest from OEL

The fact that it's coming off a low is irrelevant - the market is saying that it needs to be repriced for a reason - and there has been no real movement in the underlying commodities that BYE sells. Consequently it's either been discounted too heavily, or something fundamental is shifting.
