That sentence probably contains the answer HKP "rumour" and in many cased its proven to be just that. The rumour around here is that DOC is imminent and SNE results are about to be announced , well the last one is not a rumour but a fact
as testing is well underway so an announcement won't be far away...as for the first one we will have to wait and see..most rumours are educated guesses based on the obvious ...

For me and probably many others here there is little doubt that SNE will be developed anyway, so when it is official is largely irrelevant , a DOC is just part of the process ....for me I expect it sometime this year ...
