Without much research on my part, I think that various water-related services may transform MND from being a mining services company to being a water services company with a much larger geographic and customer-type footprint than MND has had historically. Currently, MND claims to be involved in the following:
• Water treatment plants
• Wastewater treatments plants
• Recycled water plants
• Desalination plants
• Biosolids treatment plants
• Water storage
• Water and sewer networks
• Pump stations
• Network inspection, assessment and maintenance
• Pipeline rehabilitation
• Access chamber rehabilitation
• Irrigation infrastructure
On another point, I agree with Madamswer that the directors are not getting younger. There is no guarantee that an indiot may run the company in future.
