Q: has the current geo had a buying window where he was allowed to buy stock? People involved in companies can not just stump up money and buy whenever they want?
Q: If the current Geo has had a buying window and didn't purchase was he privy to market sensitive information at that time? You are not going to know the answer to that are you? So it is a moot point really isn't it. A geologist in this company is always going to be privy to market sensitive information as he knows where they are looking next and what is coming out of the ground at any given time.
As for ownership, wow you really don't research before you post on here do you? Please go back and check your figures, re-post the correct ones (they are easily obtainable) and apologise for putting false information on this thread.
