It hasn't stopped Russian giant, ALROSA, from pouring 10s of millions into exploration and geological mapping of Angola.
It hasn't stopped the world's biggest diamond miner, De Beers, from spending 10s of millions in exploration in Angola, nor coming back for another bight by applying for a string of new concessions in Angola.
Yes, the list goes on. Perhaps P87 you should warn everyone past, present and future of the risks of investing in Angola. We know the risks - they come with the territory, and likewise THE REWARDS!!!
