Drawing on your analogy mbeard, having had a glimpse of the proposed plans for the renovation, I'm pretty pleased that the old place has the 'Under New Management' sign on the front door.
I was pleased to notice at close of day that the minimum bid price is now .012 & that just on 14.5m are sought to just over 7m on offer. It seems just a few months ago when we "old holders" were chuffed to see .012 achieved then to see it as the 'new base' & now its the floor.
I'm planning on continuing on at the new look guest house & will be interested when we see a few of the international guests checking in shortly for a stay.
