yes its an equity raising with another party (not Noble)hearing its a big American counterpart but with better terms than than the Noble offer, i hear it values FMG shares higher than what the Noble offer did,also FMG is keep all marketing control, also with the new equity partner the bond raising will be much easier in the US capital markets because the US party is well known, thats all i have heard.We will know all the exact details in next few days i suppose.
