I think everyone is getting too hung up on development vs sale. These aren't binary outcomes, they can both happen at the same time. There's absolutely no way more development won't be announced, there are always things that can be done or experimented with and it's best to utilise the resources and not have them standby idly. A sale could happen if the metrics are right but might as well continue developing and potentially increase that sale price until it happens.
