ask yourself if the ride operator at the controls that day should receive their weekly wage, or the manager responsible for maintenance, whether he should forgo his/her salary.
Emotion is not a justifiable reason to breach terms of any contract, what a dangerous precedent that would set. If the terms of her contract state that she should receive it, then that's exactly what should happen. What she then decides to do is what defines her as both a person and a CEO, so far she's doing well in my book.
