Buck stops with the CEO, always, everyday and forever unless u get a new corporate and political system. A new corporate and political system may be more likely with P.R.C's President Xi and another 4 or 8 years of the last 8 years but for now, we still have a capital-based social democracy in Australia, America and the free world, so in my book, the buck stops with Deborah Thomas.
Otherwise, ask urself, why pay her $1.48 million or as it currently stands $1.302 million if you discount the Cash Bonus going to the Red Cross/ Victims.
