I agree if she has met it she should have it, but I feel she should have waited till after the investigation to see if she really has met safety regulations, which I'm sure in any company would be on the top the list of requirements for a CEO.
I don't own this stock so I'm of this forum but just remember why buy a share when it's surrounded in bad headlines, what till the storm blows over if it does at all, and potentially get a good buy then! Don't be suckered in by a false bull flag if it happens again like others got done yesterday.
