You still in the market for a great buying opportunity? That one was a damp sqib but there's another opportunity coming up soon for a small mean reversion.

They made the announcement too early. Based on their historical data they should have waited until it got to 4.9 cents to get a bounce up to 7. It was a flop. Next announcement should be in about 4 weeks ... suggestion: "Sensitive commercial discussions with interested Indian associate of Tata." or why not "Mexican takeover of Wyoming assets."?

Keep a close eye on volumes.

I personally would stay out but as you are an optimist with an averaging down 'strategy', this one could be for you.
