Another take one can get from it,is that should a shareholder formed company be in a bid for a GSR in receivership, a loan could be secured from one of the Big Four banks to help finance the purchase of the company and/or its assets. Another possibility which comes to mind, is if disgruntled shareholders[of which I am one] form a company and combine their shareholdings, depending on the % ownership, a seat on the Board could be demanded.
