Going for a cheap (from mind you) $775. What a bucket of snot. I have seen a few like this. Whats happening in this area (and probably everywhere else) is builders buying up the land, building these homes and flogging them at these prices. The only thing is ..... they aint selling! The agent should be ashamed.
