    Rey doesn't have valid pre emptives. They are at the asset level. Gujarat sold at a holding company level, not at the asset. All Rey has is poor quality coal and CSG, neither of which will be commercialized. Plus it's 10% free carry for oil/gas, which is the only asset worth anything.
