If they do that your share holdings will go in half because severe dilution would occur to raise the funds. You will then get tied up in legal battles..the process will be drawn out and majority of REY holders wont be happy. Anatols posts on here seem like he wants it this way. Maybe he likes seeing his investment decline and get diluted? hmm

Researching a stock is great..but you need the smarts to realize dilution and legals battles are not the way to go. This is the reason why you have seen the SP punished in recent days. The experienced investors can see if REY push this further it's only going to end up badly.
