Didnt it registered with you that I had apologised for using the expression "the usual suspects" that mightve upset people with its negative connotations. But if thats not the case, and you see other disdain lurking elsewhere, heres more comment.
This is a forum for heaven's sake. Its a place where people express opinions. If you think Im disrespecting opinions then you dont sit on the sidelines for a couple of days then jump into the fray and accuse me of treating them with disdain. Too much time has elapsed, unless you provide times and dates, to go back to find exactly whose opinions I mayve treated with disdain. Generalisations, without evidence, dont get much traction with me no matter what the source.
Yes I agree and acknowledge there are many valuable contributors on this thread. The majority seem indeed be longtime holders - that might account for the 'ruffled feathers' syndrome feedback I get when a short term view point is expressed.
Where factual information is given usually Ill take it on board eg d's piece on chinese zinc futures involvement. His reference to the delphic is a bit wide of the mark IMO but hey what the heck I like the dig! It shows our discussion on the delphic method, at the very least, resonated with him.
