Instead of having two components in the TSR formula it has three, normally it only includes market value of the shares and dividend paid.
Why does amp also include capital return on shares in the formula , that would also include the money spent on buybacks.
I’m aware that TSR is used in many company’s to reward management but I have never before seen buybacks being included.
Is there a valid reasons for AMP being different?
