if a banker told you to put everything on XTC a small cap penny stock he really should not be in banking and handing out financial advise simple as that! That’s just crazy!
Everything you say might be true in regards to potential but they have proven nothing yet, they haven’t even put a drill in the ground so have no idea how much recourse they potentially have if any…..everything needs to be proven and this is exactly why the SP is low because you hope to get in before the jump to 80c…..as for there neighbours well they are at 80c because they have done the work and have proven resources and process nearing production, so until we get there it’s a pipe dream and a risk!
