    i wish i knew what u were taking about DELV.i have no idea why anyone would do that.as for upramp,yes you bet ive got 10M shares,and ime going to be very possitive and optimistic,and u bet buying 100M shares is one hell of an upramp,ive been thinking about it thats why ime taking and listening
