Mate you are not even in the grade school reality zone. John Feathers, converted just some options and made a 'Major Shareholder'. He reported an Option Conversion; a legal requirement in Australian/ASX laws/regulations. Not required in China.
Feathers' was a major shareholder a couple of months ago. He was diluted due to other share issues; NOW he is back, with Confidence. He reports all ASX legal requirements, vis a vis his share holdings; 'peter perfect'.
