can anyone explain with the information so good and expectations...

can anyone explain with the information so good and expectations in argentinia for drilling etc why the price is so low...i was told 3 months ago by a banker with connections in perth to put it all on xtc,everything he said would happen has....i would think the cats out of the bag,if the neighbours in argentinia shares are 80 cents is there any reason why xtc wont be the same if there in the same well or better.i bought 10 million and thinking baybe buy another 100 million to clean out whats on offer at .006,and maybe a lot more while its so low.is there anyone who can explain why all the other big spenders have not jumped on board,those 100 million are a gift at only 600,000 to people who have millions to play with
ime certainly a novice at this,i sold all my properties and am getting 4% from the bank ...if not me someone going to clean the cache for sure,not that i need that much money when there 80 cents or am i wrong ...help please
