i think that if cqt manage to get the diamond spin off floated cqt will move up 7-8 cents , and the way i read at the moment they will be extremely lucky if the spin off goes ahead , in the latest report cqt says they have a firm commitment of $2.5 million , so they need at least double that ($5 million ) plus a minimum of 400 shareholders .
