    I'm fairly new to RIV and have just started researching this stock.

    Can someone sum up key points for me?

    From what I can tell...

  2. 198M shares on issue
  3. $255M cash on hand
  4. 65% stake in Benga Coal (coal reserve of 273.3Mt)
  5. 100% of Zambeze Project with Indicated Coal Resource of 1.70Bt
  6. Zululand Anthracite Colliery (74%): 650-700kt saleable.

    Does RIV have any debt facility?

    What major milestones took RIV shareprice from $1 - $2 in 2007 up to what it is today?
