we have to put up with, or accept, that directors will give themselves freebies when things start to look interesting...so things are looking interesting.
But to give yourselves 45 mill options ~ 10% of the company - exercisable at 8c to 12 c with a huge 48 month window to exercise is a rort - you won't find many other options deals to execs as lavish as that.
