The problem is you have an old, inflexible workforce who are extremely resistant to change! Throw in the Unions, and you have the perfect storm.
Airlines are traditionally one of the toughest industries to compete in, and they do not succeed with inflexible workforces and outdated work and industrial practices.
QAN employees love to blame everyone but themselves. They need to wake up and realise the entire world economy is suffering, and all businesses are feeling the squeeze and asking their employees to work more for less pay... that's how it is.
If Qan broke up, and was bought by a new Group... Qan employees would soon realise how good they had it under AJ because they sure as anything would lose jobs and have their pay/conditions cut overnight!!!
