even if a global clearing house is established - counter party risk contracts will be traded regardless & corporates are still likely to default on their bonds in bear markets where liabilities are not to be paid. we won't see this kind of environment for another 20 odd years. the great minds will still engineer some other type of financial crisis in the future or exploit some situation; we are innate to punish ourselves, eventually.
