An Important Oil Structure is recruiting a Petroleum Manager.



Missions and Activities


The Manager must play a decisive role in the execution of hydrocarbon projects, in particular:

Manage all phases of petroleum projects, including bids and proposals, conceptual studies, FEED (preliminary design), detailed engineering, construction, installation and commissioning;

Oversee the construction and manufacture of petroleum infrastructure, FPSO pipelines, materials and equipment;

Manage customer relations and coordinate vendor activities;

Control the quality and aspect HSE (Hygiene, Safety, Environment) projects;

Organize logistics, planning and execution of onshore or offshore installations;

Participate in the financial, fiscal and marketing negotiations of the production leading to a final investment decision (FID) on oil projects.



Profile


Have a postgraduate diploma (Bac +4 / 5) or Engineer in a field relevant to the position;

Demonstrate at least 15 years of professional engineering experience in the oil and gas , petrochemical and energy sectors ;

Have experience in the transactional negotiation process, ie the negotiation of a research and sharing and production contract (CRPP);

Demonstrate a credible experience in the various phases of development of an oil project (exploration, development, production and management);

Have strong analytical skills and a proven knowledge of international codes, standards and regulations;

Have a good ability to perform project and team management tasks;

Excellent organizational, interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
