Netflix has had a big crackdown on VPNs in general, and this is the error message you often get when trying to use one that's been blacklisted. Most VPNs have private server addresses so it takes a while for Netflix to shut them all down. Wangle is going through an Amazon AWS data centre by the looks of things, so that's even easier for Netflix to block unfortunately.
