    Great analysis from those guys at MoM, it looks like the concerns of TMT holders about the terms of the merger have been well founded. The current proposal now looks dead in the water after BDO have labelled the 1:12 terms "unfair". And to think that AVL made an even lower offer of 1:10 at the outset.
