Who the hell are Matt Walker and Cicero ? I don't know these people, and what has it got to do with TMT ? Now it appears you've started talking about who's in the top 20 and how they might be voting. Frankly, I couldn't give a rats arse what side anyone is on. You sure don't sound like an ordinary retail punter that is focussed on just getting a fair deal in this buyout. Its really very simple. AVL need to make a decent offer, or they can get lost. No-one wants to invest in a company like TMT and then get bought out at a loss at a bargain basement price.
