Frankly I find it a bit surprising that you say you have no knowledge of Cicero or Matt Walker seeing as you have claimed to be a long term and large previous holder here.
And clearly you do give your ‘rat’s arse’ about how people vote seeing as you’ve been parading these pages for weeks saying TMT holders should vote no and what a bad deal the current proposal is!
Now you say what - a better deal is to can the merger, let TMT dilute our holdings by adding 25% of shares at something as low as 12.5c instead and live happily ever after because at some mysterious time in the future TMT will acquire Australian Vanadium ?
Hey why do you think one of the largest and most reputable funds in the world (and I’m talking about RCF) isn’t on board with the no vote ?
