The trading in vcr prior to the patient going home was cautious and restrained and since the patient has been released home vcr has been re-rated and given a valuation approaching fair value. Success of the pilot trial would also be factored into the share price to some extent.

We needn't worry about takeovers, cap raisings etc because neither are likely in the forseadle future i believe so lets stop speculating over nonsense.

VCR are valued on merit.
