RWD will have to raise an estimated $120-160m to get potash production at LD (according to a shaw broker report that RWD themselves link to on their website). In the current environment it will be hard to raise even half of this via debt and a large equity raising will hugely change the 'number of shares on issue' and hence potential EPS back in MAKs favour.
