I think the fairest way to attest shareholder dissent on the share placement is to do a poll-
Lets say HDR is trading at 85c now (should be a lot a higher we would all agree), HDR makes a 1 for 5 rights issue at say 75c. All those shareholders who would subscribe put up their hands.
I agree with Ching, if you really want to get your hands on more shares, you can do so now on the market. If you have bought higher on the market, time in the market would solve that problem.
I expect the share price to mover back up to 85c level before Thon so those who want to get out can get out then...
I am supportive of present management and think they have done a sterling job. It is not through lack of disclosure that HDR is underpriced, it's the market's lack of appreciation for it.
