as interesting as all that gibberish may be,to me it looks like a dorothy dix question and answer session designed to medicate the rational mind from thinking to clearly.
ted cannot overcome his inability to play the game straight with shareholders who are not in the top 50.
as i mentioned some time ago when the deepwater discovery was on its way to mauritania,why does information of that nature take so long to filter down the pipeline.
if,as speculation is suggesting,a cap raising at 70 is being proposed,why wont the smaller shareholders know,or be allowed to participate.
