If there is an issue with this business it is more likely to be profit than revenue. And I think Nuix is a very relevant cautionary tale. If the old guys at Ventia miss their forecast even slightly, even $1.70 will look expensive. Remember, this is the team that has been "leading" Ventia for years, including making a major acquisition in Broadspectrum, but haven't been able to create value since Apollo bought in, couldn't get brokers anywhere near where they wanted them to be and the major shareholders haven't been able to take money off the table.
