An interesting stock

Hi All

I'm a long term investor in the market and recently came cross Veris. An interesting stock.

Definitely a cyclical stock but one which should have significant upswing in the infrastructure boom.

Keen to hear what everyone thinks on the quality of management and if you think they have any competitive advantages.

I'm concerned about the change in the construction business - a major pivot in their business operations - do they have the quality management in place to manage this change?

Any thoughts would be appreciated. But this one is now firmly in my sights and Im going to watch this closely.

Their investor pack and financial data provided is poor in my opinion and it leaves many questions unanswered but something I will follow up with other questions to their investor relations dept.

Mgt also seem to be very well paid for such a small business.
