    Oly/Cuz, You MAY be on to something here.(?) Why do I say that ? Because when I was talking to GT at the EGM I mentioned Sovereign risk in Namibia. GT surprised me with a soft murmur that he didn't think that country posed much of a sovereign risk ! Make of it what you will. Westmoon
