The part of the prospectus which holds intrest to me is on the restrictions where its says that bnb cannot undertake any arragement, recontructon or reorganinsation between itsself and any members or any class of them or between itself any creditors or any class of them which would have a materail affect on the value of bsbn this is on page 24 of the prospectus .To me it means they cannot act on the value even if the banks want to devalue the notes in some way .Im trying to get my questions in order for maybe getting some legal advice to where i stand but i am not very good at it but enjoying the learning curve im thinking the advice i will recieve is its up to the trust to act in a fair manner and hwo has the real power .
