Briters mate thinks he is going to turn a 60% muslim town in France into an islamic fortress, sheesh the world over they have 100% muslim towns how come none of them are islamic fortresses ?
Answer may be that they hate one another as much as they hate they rest.
You may get a community to rally under a community cause, but you will not get the individuals of a community to rally together simply to hate the next community.
These people are a threat as a fragmented group to a small unlucky part of the populace but never a threat to greater humanity as humanity has proven through thousands of years and thousands of gods that decency and compassion will prevail.
