In my view - he has to make sure that this does come ‘right ‘ .
He has significant obligations here to shareholders to explain , & outline what will be expected to occur for resolution . Morally even more so he has obligation to shareholders.
Have to trust that a good and equitable conclusion to this occurs .
Management, especially the chairman, however reputation wise overall for the company- this has to be resolved for the best outcome for MSV shareholders .
The chairman, is in a conflicted situation + his own personal substantial investment both sides - needs be , he sorts this out. Mitchells have always had an excellent reputation .
