I was invested in what was eventually taken over in 2007/8 by AJ Lucas which is now Lucas Drilling (AJL). I had no reason to doubt that minority shareholder interests were well looked after as that investment multi bagged over the time I held it and no, I can't recall governance/oversight issues (it was a long time ago now). Funny that almost came full circle a couple of years ago in 2018 when MSV approached AJL to buy it (now Lucas Drilling) back....apparently for a fraction of what they sold it for.
