Yes, I think you're right on the recovery angle....it's easier to model on "zero" and add back later.
There was nothing with respect to governance. They did however highlight the market hit to perception of managements abilities but also point out that this is the first mark against management in its more than 5 years since listing. It's what's been discussed in the threads
